My experience with Homiii has been great from the beginning. The apartment I’m staying is very modern and super comfortable, plus its on a great location! There’s also great support from their team to whatever you may need during your stay and help is always very quick. All the event initiatives Homiii organizes are also the best to meet new people and get to know the city. Just this week we all went bowling and had a great time throughout the whole experience! I would definitely recommend Homiii to everybody who wants to spend a great time in Madrid!
The room I rented from Homiii looks exactly like on the photos that were published on their website. When I arrived everything was clean and in great conditions. Furthermore, all the employees at Homiii are always available for questions, rather via WhatsApp/Mail or in Person during the office hours. All of them are very friendly and helpful. Overall my experience with Homiii so far is amazing!
My experience with Homiii has been amazing. I’m a visiting student from Italy and I rented a room for a semester. The flat was modern and cozy, the location was super strategic and close to everything that I needed. I’m feeling so glad to have chosen Homiii. Co-living experience has been simply amazing thanks also to lovely flatmates from different counties that I had never met before. Homiii is much more than an agency, it’s a community. The event initiatives such as the welcome day party, traveling plans and sports events are the best way to make friendships and enjoy the incredible atmosphere of Madrid. I would definitely recommend Homiii to everybody who wants to spend a period in this unique city.
Worst coliving option you can find if you´re a foreigner. Everything looks good when you come in, but they take approach that you are from outside and you are not going to complain because you´re leaving back to your country, and you dont want anymore troubles.They try to steal your bail arguing their furniture is deteriorated just because it is old or it is used. As you can check, you can call at the hours where they are supposedly open, they ll never pick up the phone. I had some friends that, without reason, were shouted as an answer of a question. I promise you, everything written here is totally truth.
